Pettocia Return Policy

At Pettocia, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to providing high-quality pet products that both you and your furry friends will love. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we're here to help.

✅ Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Not What You Expected

If you’ve ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in resellable condition, with all original packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Products

We thoroughly inspect every product before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the fault.
  • Once the fault is confirmed, we’ll offer you the option of a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and hygiene of pets, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Used pet beds, feeding accessories, grooming tools, or toys that show signs of use.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, chewing, or wear and tear caused by pets.
  • Clearance or final sale items unless faulty.

🔄 Return Process

  1. Email us at hello@pettocia.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.
  3. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
  4. We’ll notify you once your return has been received and processed.

📦 Important Notes

  • Pettocia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Return processing time is typically 5–7 business days from when we receive the item.
